On Friday, March 1, Rice Village is kicking off the rodeo season with its third annual Rodeo Roundup. Festivities will take place at the corner of Morningside Drive and University Boulevard, with performance from local country musician Cooper Mohrmann, a mechanical bull ride and face painting, along with bandana freebies.

Pop up experiences and activations from Rice Village tenants will include rodeo-centered promotions, sips and light bites from Tecovas, Duck Camp, Black Walnut, tasc Performance, Navy Blue, Mendocino Farms, Van Leeuwen, and more. The event will also offer a final opportunity for visitors to donate online to American Heart Association and leave their mark on the shopping district’s “I Left My Heart in Rice Village” Eiffel Tower display.
